Products may be sold by independent marketplace sellers. The seller name is displayed on the product page and order record. Pahad Ki Dukaan operates the marketplace and can review listings or assist with eligible order issues.
How is shipping calculated?
Unless a listing offers free shipping, standard shipping is ₹80 for the first chargeable quantity and ₹30 for every additional chargeable quantity in the cart. The final amount is shown before payment.
Do you deliver across India?
The marketplace currently supports delivery across serviceable Indian PIN codes. Remote-area, carrier, weather, safety or product restrictions can affect serviceability and delivery time.
How do I track or manage an order?
Sign in with the account used for purchase and open Your Orders. The order page shows the available status and support actions. Carrier tracking appears when it has been supplied.
Can food products be returned?
Perishable, opened, temperature-sensitive, made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable for preference reasons. Damaged, wrong, missing or materially misdescribed items may be eligible after verification.
What proof is needed for a damaged or wrong item?
Keep the outer package, label and product. Contact support promptly with clear photos or an unedited opening video, the order number and a short description. Evidence helps us verify responsibility and available remedies.
When will an approved refund arrive?
After approval, the marketplace initiates the refund to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control final posting time, which can vary.
Are all sellers and claims certified by Pahad Ki Dukaan?
Seller participation and listings may be reviewed, but “verified” is not a blanket certification of every claim. FSSAI, organic, GI, laboratory or other claims apply only when specifically supported and displayed for that product.
How can I become a seller?
Create an account and choose Sell on Pahad Ki Dukaan. Seller details and products may require review. The seller remains responsible for lawful sourcing, labels, licences, stock, packing and fulfilment.
Can AI create my product listing?
Assisted tools may draft titles, descriptions and attributes from seller inputs. The seller must check every fact and claim. Marketplace review can edit, reject or request evidence before publication.
What products are prohibited?
Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, unlicensed regulated goods, unsupported medical claims and products that violate marketplace standards are prohibited. Additional category restrictions can apply.
How do I get help?
Open the Support page, sign in and select the relevant order or issue. Do not share passwords, OTPs, full card details or payment PINs with a seller or support representative.
